The Zimbabwe Olympic Committee has implored on sport associations to be more professional. Association President Admire Masenda said there was a rampant flouting of regulations at most associations because of either ignorance or impunity.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony where Advanced Sport Management Diploma’s were being issued to students, Masenda added that there was a need for administrators to pay close attention to their constitutions so that there is no flouting of these regulations," said Masenda.

“Over the years different executives have come and gone with most getting out of office without reading the constitution of associations they lead. To reduce this, administrators should pay attention to the constitution."
