Mathew Rusike On The Move Again
WARRIORS striker Matthew Rusike has joined Tunisian top flight side Club Africain after his earlier move to CS Sfaxien fell through.
The former Kaizer Chiefs attacker’s move to Sfaxien suffered a still birth after the Tunisian club was slapped with a Fifa transfer ban for improperly registering a player.
But with the Warriors star having already made up his mind to take his career to Tunisia, he has now pitched up at Club Africain where he has reportedly signed a two and half year deal.
Last night he posed for pictures at the Warriors team Hotel in Moanda wearing a Club Africain jersey.
The club last night twitted a picture of the player with the caption, “Matthew Rusike, Center Forward Zimbabwe Sign a two and a half year contract.”
Club Africain is one of the most popular and oldest football clubs in Tunisia having been founded in the capital Tunis in 1920.
The club has 13 league titles and several local and international Cups.
