1430: And in the third Premiership match for the day struggling How Mine take on Toderai Ndiraya’s Ngezi Platinum Stars (at Luveve. So there we have it Builawayo hosting two Premiership matches as this one is at Luveve Stadium.

1420: Bulawayo City have not won their last two matches and coach Philani Ncube is cautious ahead of the clash.

“Obviously Dynamos are a big team and we respect them, but we’re ready for the game. They’re enjoying a fine run and psychologically they’re strong, which means they’re feeling some pressure because they don’t want to lose.

“If we don’t concede an early goal, I believe they’ll feel the pressure and who knows, we might be able to get them if we get our tactics right. How we do our transitions from defence to attack or vice-versa will be key for us,” he told The Herald Sport.

1415: DeMbare assistant coach Murape Murape said they are more at home in Bulawayo than Bulawayo City.

“We are just looking forward to collect maximum points in Bulawayo, it’s our second home. Mostly when we play at Barbourfields we always have good games and we have a good crowd there.

“The fans are very supportive of the team and hopefully that can help motivate us get the positive results we want because we are looking to continuing with our good run.

“We want to get three points again so that we may stay in touch with the top teams.

“We aim to win all our games probably up to the halfway stage of the season and then see where we will be and what the top teams will be doing,” said Murape.

1410: Dynamos are enjoying a purple patch and today they are on the road away to Bulawayo City and Lloyd Mutasa is not looking at having anything less than three points, something that would take them closer to the top.

1405: Chapungu drew against How Mine in their last encounter and facing the wounded ZPC Kariba is something coach John Nyikadzino looking forward to despite missing the services of miss Hlahla Ncube, Agrippa Tekere and former Buffaloes holding midfielder Tafadzwa Mombeshora.

“It will be exciting to meet an in-form team and we hope to do well in this game after we managed many draws in our previous matches,” said Nyikadzino.

“We need to stay focused as we are giving away points in matches which we should easily win.

“Playing at Nyamhunga will give us extra motivation as we need to travel for something. I am sure this is a game we should collect maximum points.”

ZPC Kariba coach Sunday Chidzambwa said there were no easy games in the Premiership.

“We have been working very hard for the past week preparing for this game. We are playing well, but at times you have to accept some results like last week’s defeat (against Highlanders),” said Chidzambwa.

1400: Welcome to yet another LIVE SPORTSDAY coverage of the games taking place across the region. In the Castle Lager Premiership today, ZPC Kariba coming from a defeat at the hands of Highlanders would want to bounce back as they host Chapungu at Nyamhunga Stadium.
