Lewis Hamilton has increased his lead of the world championship to 19 points with victory in the German GP.

Having trailed Nico Rosberg by 43 points just two months ago, the reigning world champion has won six of the last seven races to head into the summer break with a firm grip of the championship again as he chases a third successive title.
