Results Will Show Who Is Better: Bangar

India coach Sanjay Bangar says he in not worried about what Ntini says but believes results tell when the two sides meet at Harare Sports Club in a limited overs series.

“We believe that performance speak, we have a bunch of talented players. They have done really well in the domestic championships and in the Indian circuit. We do not want to give too much attention to what the opposition is saying," said Bangar.

Ms Dhoni failed to turn up for the media conference but this will be his first series in Zimbabwe in over a decade, something that Bangur said he is excited about.

“He is very excited to be part of a young bunch of players, it has been a very long time since he last got a chance to play with young players and pass on his experience. He has resigned from Test cricket so he is very keen to play in all of the games.

“It’s an international game and all of us believe an international game has to be played with the same sort of intensity and that is what the youngsters are looking forward to we want to play as good as we can.

“There are no injury worries everyone is available for selection,” said Bangar.

While there is not many senior player in the Indian team, the feeling is that Zimbabwe is a good platform for the Indians to test thier up and comming players, a tour that Bangur says provides a launch-pad for his players.

“We will pick the best possible XI in every game and in that process. This is a great platform for the younger guys, it (Zimbabwe) has provided a launch-pad for a number of cricketers who have been here.

"And we believe that this is a very important tour for the younger players as it provides us with a chance to look at the future starts emerging from the Indian scene for years to come," he added.
