Kyle Jarvis Seals Chevrons Return

Kyle Jarvis has agreed a contract with Zimbabwe Cricket marking his return to international cricket four years after quitting the Chevrons.

The 28-year old bowler left the country to join Lancashire Emirates Old Trafford on a five year contract.

During his time with the England based county, Jarvis played eight Tests and was the leading wicket-taker in the County Championship in both 2015 and 2016.

This season he has taken 37 wickets at an average.

And his return excites Zimbabwe head coach Heath Streak.

“He was desperate to come back and represent his country again in international cricket.

“His return bolsters our strength in terms of grip and we are very happy to have Kyle back and I know he is happy to be coming back home.”
