Zimbabwe Gets Gold Cup Home Games

Zimbabwe will host at least two South Africa Rugby Gold Cup club games in the second and third rounds in September and October.

With the local qualifiers for the tournament still underway, Old Georgians, Harare Sports Club, Old Hararians and a side from Bulawayo are all in contention of the sole ticket.

Zimbabwe’s representatives will take first host Cape Town’s on Direct Axis False Bay on September 24 before hosting Durban’s SA Home Loans Durban Collegians the following week.

However, this will be after first travelling to Mpumalanga where they will face off against White River Rugby Club in the opening round on September 10 while their final group game will come against qualifiers from Valke.
