THE week 17 matches are set for Wednesday and Thursday in what is expected to be another exciting round of matches.

Border Strikers v Bulawayo City- Dulivhadzimu
Bulawayo City have proved to be much strong in the past matches but they have somehow been dropping points when it matters. They face a Border Strikers who are now regarded as relegation favourites.
Prediction: Chances are Bulawayo City will win while there is an outside chance of a draw.

Harare City FC  v ZPC Kariba- Rufaro
The two teams are in desperate need of a win after a nightmarish run so far. Both are part of the worst teams in the past six games and they want to bring that to an end. Harare City are likely to dominate play but they will be under pressure playing at home.
Prediction: Harare City will win the game.

Ngezi Platinum v Chicken Inn- Baobab
The last time the two teams met, Ngezi were lucky to come out with a point as they simply defended while looking for an opportunity to hit their opponents on the break. Chicken Inn, under Rahman Gumbo, are a much stronger side on paper but given Tonderai Ndiraya’s tactical approach, it will be a close contest.
Prediction: A draw is likely while Ngezi have an outside chance of winning.

Chapungu FC  v Triangle- Ascot
Chapungu are one of the most unpredictable teams in the Premiership and so far they have been blowing hot and cold. They play a Triangle side desperate to collect points to get back on track. David Mandigora’s charges have not been good on the road and this could be another match they will find it difficult to collect points.
Prediction: Chapungu will win

Tsholotsho v CAPS United - Luveve
This is one game CAPS United must win to ensure they remain in the race for the title. However, they face a Tsholotsho side, who on their day, can produce a surprising result.
Prediction: CAPS will win while there is an outside chance Tsholotsho can collect a point.

FC Platinum v Hwange- Mandava
FC Platinum will have a difficult match against Hwange at Mandava given they lost the reverse fixture at the Colliery. It will however be impossible for Hwange to achieve back-to-back wins against the most consistent team in the league.
Prediction: FC Platinum will win.

Dynamos v How Mine-Rufaro
Dynamos have stretched their unbeaten run to eight games but three of the matches are draws. What is positive is that they have been stable at the back but the goals have not been coming. They face a How Mine side under pressure to collect maximum points and they have always been doing better against the big teams.
Prediction: Dynamos win

Highlanders v Mutare City Rovers-BF
Highlanders have done themselves a great disservice in the past matches and the Premiership giants will be eager to recover from their defeat to CAPS United. Mutare City on the other hand have been putting a fight of late.
Prediction: Highlanders have a chance to win this one while there is a chance Mutare City can force a draw.

Chicken Inn 2-0 Harare City
Chicken Inn have a better chance of winning the game if they score an early goal while Harare will win if they contain the home side early in the game. CORRECT

Hwange 1-0 Tsholotsho
Prediction: Hwange will win the game. CORRECT

Triangle 0-0 Ngezi Platinum 
Prediction: A draw is highly likely while Triangle have an outside chance of winning the game. CORRECT

CAPS United 1-0 Highlanders
Prediction: CAPS will win and there is an outside chance Bosso can get a point if they defend as a team and not rely more on their goalkeeper. CORRECT 

Bulawayo City 0-1 FC Platinum
Prediction: Chances are high this will be a draw match while FC Platinum have an outside chance of winning. CORRECT

Prediction: As things stand How Mine are better positioned to collect three points from this one. WRONG

ZPC Kariba 0-0 Dynamos
Prediction: Chances are high this will be a draw while DeMbare have an outside chance of winning the game. CORRECT
