Veteran striker Leornard Tsipa has been ruled out of Caps United's Total CAF Champions League group phase tie against Zamalek in Egypt on Friday.

Although the 35-year-old Tsipa now has his CAF License, he will not be part of the travelling party on Wednesday because he has not yet fully recovered from a groin injury.

"Tsipa is not yet fully fit and he is not part of the team for this encounter. He still has a knock so we will see how long it takes," Caps United coach Lloyd Chitembwe said after Tuesday's training session at the NSS.
