Strike Force Boost For Caps United
Zimbabwe champions Caps United are set to sign three foreigners before weekend as coach Lloyd Chitembwe looks to bolster his Champions League squad after a 4-2 humiliation by Al Ahli last Friday.
Ghanaian striker Richard Addai and Abasirim Chiebere of Nigeria, who have been in the country for a while, have impressed Chitembwe and are finalizing a deal with Makepekepe.
Chitembwe has also been impressed by former Zambia national team striker Felix Sunzu Jr, a 28-year-old who is younger brother to the more renowned Stopilla Sunzu.
According to The Herald, no agreement has been reached with another Ghanaian attacking midfielder Wilson Andoh, the first of the foreigners to arrive in Zimbabwe over a month ago.
Caps United are struggling upfront, as veteran striker Leonard Tsipa continues to battle against injuries.
