It was double delight for log leaders Chicken Inn after gaffer Rahman Gumbo and defender Moses Jackson were named Coach of the Month and Player of the Month for August.

Gumbo collected 13 points from five games thanks to victories against Caps United, Triangle, Black Rhinos and Hwange plus a crucial away draw at FC Platinum.

Jackson has been a pillar at centre back for the log leaders who conceded two goals in five matches in August.
