THE decision on the abandoned match between Chapungu and Dynamos played at Ascot last Sunday is yet to be made, three days after the embarrassing event in Gweru.

The Premier Soccer League match ended prematurely in the 56th minute, with DeMbare leading 4-0, when the goal collapsed.

Efforts to repair the goal posts were fruitless and the referee called off the match.

The PSL is now in possession of the official match reports from the match commissioner and the referee.

“We are currently perusing the said reports and conducting internal consultations. There after we will advise all our stakeholders on the way forward,” wrote the PSL on Tuesday afternoon.

The match is likely to resume at the 56th minute with the scores at 4-0.
