PSL Results

HIGHLANDERS were the biggest beneficiaries of the PSL results on Friday, with the giants moving to second place after their 2-1 win over Tsholotsho.

They are now just a point behind Ngezi Platinum who played a 2-2 draw with CAPS United at Baobab.

Yadah also failed to take advantage, drawing 1-1 at Ascot against Chapungu. The newcomers moved to nine points but third behind Bosso who have a superior goal difference.

FC Platinum also choked against struggling Triangle, managing only a goalless draw that took them to eight points and fourth on the log.

“It is good to be right at the top. We should start this way and not let other teams open up a gap.

“Yes, we have a game in hand but it is not always an advantage because we are yet to play the game. It also increases the load and pressure of the players so we need to manage it,” he said.
