Peter Ndlovu, Mapeza, Chunga in Zim Legends Squad

THE Zimbabwe Football Association has named a 33-man squad of football legends that will play against the Barcelona Legends at the National Sports Stadium in an international exhibition match on Sunday.

1980 Soccer Star of the Year David Mandigora will be the Assistant coach together with Rahman Gumbo while Zimbabwe’s most successful coach Sunday Chidzambwa will be Head coach.

The Chief Liaison Officer is Prophet Walter Magaya while Ernest Maphepha Sibanda is the team manager.

The match is being organised by the Zimbabwe Football Association and the Ministry of Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture and is aimed at marketing Zimbabwe as a perfect tourist destination and to advance sports diplomacy.  

Zifa would like to urge fans from across the country to support this initiative. Gate charges are $2 rest of ground, $10 Bay 15-18 and $50 for VVIP.
