Pasuwa Is A Machine - Chiyangwa

ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa has heaped praise on the Warriors duo of head coach Kallisto Pasuwa and team manager Sharif Mussa as an organised lot.

Chiyangwa was speaking at an engagement conference with members of the media which was aimed at introspecting on his rein at the helm of Zimbabwean football.

“They (Pasuwa and Mussa) are very organised,” said Chiyangwa.

“Magetsi (powerful machine). If you sit them down and allow them to make a presentation you can see that these people know what they are doing.

“They are very united and you can see it’s because they have went through a lot of difficult situations in the past like the Malawi bus trip,” he said.

Chiyangwa also praised the good relationship between the Warriors technical team and players an ingredient which he said will see them triumph at the 2017 Afcon finals in Gabon.

“They have brilliant relationships with the players and I am looking forward to see them shine in Gabon.

“Those guys we have in our team, the likes of Knowledge (Musona), are not a joke – they are very good.”

On a lighter note, Chiyangwa had journalists in laughter when he spoke about players whom he said should be in Pasuwa’s starting lineup at the Afcon finals.

Besides Musona, the Zifa boss said Pasuwa will not be able to do without Czech Republic based Costa Nhamoinesu in defence, Willard Katsande in the middle of the park and Khama Billiat in attack.
