THERE will be no Castle Lager Premier Soccer League action on radio and television, at least for now, as the top flight’s governing body has rejected all broadcast bids submitted.

The PSL says all the bids lacked paperwork and did not meet expectations.

ZBC TV and Dr. Dish applied for TV rights while Star FM and ZBC wanted the radio rights.

When contacted for comment PSL Communications Officer Kudzai Bare said the process was ongoing.

However, sources at the PSL say the whole process would be reopened soon after all applicants failed to meet the criteria.

There is also a strong chance that Supersport whose deal with PSL expired in December could bounce back.
