SuperSport United have retained their Gauteng Champion of Champions title after a 2-1 ‘dribble shoot-out’ victory over Highlands Park on Sunday.

The 45-minute match finished 1-1 after Kingston Nkhatha, who was named Player of the Tournament, netted for SuperSport, while Jose Garcia levelled for Highlands Park from the penalty spot.

SuperSport had earlier defeated Bidvest Wits 1-0 thanks to a wonderful strike from Nkhatha.

Wits then went on to hammer Highlands Park 3-1 despite the latter taking the lead through Garcia.

Jabulani Shongwe and Vincent Pule put wits ahead before Dillon Shepperd added a third from the spot.
