TONDERAI NDIRAYA has given Norman Mapeza some bit of advice ahead of FC Platinum’s Caf Champions League preliminary clash against Desportivo de Agosto of Angola in Luanda on Sunday.

Ndiraya’s Ngezi Platinum were knocked out by Angolan side Recreativo do Libolo in the Caf Confederation Cup first round last year.

Basing on that experience, Ndiraya has given Mapeza some tips.

“The Angolan teams are well-resourced and the team we played had almost 75 per cent foreign nationals in their squad.

“The teams are just organised and the organization might intimidate you,” warned Ndiraya.

Angola is a hot and humid country hence FC Platinum’s decision to leave on Thursday, three days before match day to acclimatize.

Mapeza will carry a 20-man squad for this Champions league tie.

The return leg will be played at Mandava in a fortnight.
