MARVELOUS NAKAMBA played 90 minutes in his debut UEFA Champions League match but his side Club Brugge could only settle for a 3-3 draw at home against Istanbul of Turkey in a 3rd preliminary round match.

Brugge will now have a mammoth task away in Turkey next week in their bid to qualify for the play-offs.

The 23-year-old Nakamba played in central midfield in a 3-4-3 formation.

Nakamba joined the Belgian giants in June from Dutch side Vitesse where he played up to the Europa League level.
