Midweek Fixtures For PSL
SEVEN matches have been lined up for Wednesday while two others will be on Thursday for what is a busy week for PSL teams.
Champions CAPS United travel to Baobab for a date against log leaders Ngezi Platinum.
CAPS United are coming from a 1-1 draw with Tsholotsho.
However coach Lloyd Chitembwe remains optimistic that they will recover from that set back.
“The Ngezi game is one we expect to go out there and fight and get the result that we want but it’s never going to be easy but obviously we are looking forward to that game,” he said.
Highlanders, who also play on Wednesday, will face tricky Tsholotsho.
“They are never an easy club to play against,” said Bosso coach Erol Akbay.
DeMbare, who managed to collect their first full points at the Colliery, is upbeat.
“The guys fought all the way to the end to get a result and if we can continue with that spirit, I’m sure we will be in a better position to do well in our next game,” said Mutasa.
DeMbare’s rivals How Mine are however fired up after their 2-1 win over Chapungu.
“We hope that this win will give the club some confidence as we approach the next game,” Kaindu said.
