Lloyd Mutasa Fired
DYNAMOS have finally sacked coach Lloyd Mutasa after he failed to reverse the club's indifferent start to the season.
The development followed a meeting by the club leadership on Tuesday afternoon.
Mutasa has since been replaced by his assistant Biggie Zuze.
Dynamos president Keni Mubaiwa also revealed Tuesday afternoon that goalkeeper’s coach Zondai Nyaungwa and fitness trainer, Tendai Chaipa will be shown the exit door.
Mutasa was given three games to save his job. The Dynamos coach, who has seen what seemed a promising 2018 season get off to the worst Premiership start by the Glamour Boys, was asked to pick nine points from three assignments starting with the game against Bulawayo City. Mutasa’s efforts to save his job appeared on course when he led Dynamos to identical 2-1 victories over Bulawayo City at home and Chapungu away after the side had gone seven games without a win but Sunday they paid the price when they fell 1-2 to Harare City.
