Dynamos shot to the top of the log standings for the first time this season after maintaining their 4-0 lead against Chapungu in a historic match that resumed in the 56th minute at Ascot Thursday afternoon.

DeMbare are now on 52 points, one ahead of both Chicken Inn and FC Platinum.

Ascot Stadium was half full as a sizeable number paid $2 to watch this match.

Chapungu, who were hit by injuries to four players who featured in the game which was abandoned in June played with 10 men.

DeMbare replaced the injured Obey Mwerahari with Pakhamani Dube in the first minute.
