Arsenal turned on the style at the Emirates in a 3-0 victory over Chelsea on Saturday evening.

The Gunners got off to the perfect start when Alexis Sanchez dispossessed Gary Cahill before cooly chipping Thibault Coutois in the Chelsea goal in the 11th minute.

Three minutes later it was 2-0 as Arsenal’s quick passing outside the box opened up space for Alex Iwobi to feed Hector Bellerin on the right, and he crossed first-time for Theo Walcott to sweep it in.

Mesut Ozil made it 3-0 in the 40th minute with an effective volley at the far post, hitting it into the ground and over Courtois, off the far post and in, following a neat counter-attack involving Sanchez.
