The death toll in the road accident that claimed the lives of Dynamos supporters has risen to nine after Patience Murefu, who was admitted at Parirenyatwa Hospital, succumbed to her injuries yesterday.

Murefu died Sunday night after a two week battle in hospital. Dynamos Supporters Association said they were saddened by the tragedy.

"It is with grief and deep sorrow that we announce the death of yet another Dynamos supporter who was involved in the tragic accident in Kwekwe a fortnight ago.

"Patience Murefu was admitted at Parirenyatwa hospital and had been recovering well according to doctors and relatives.

"As Dynamos family we mourn our sister in football and would like to express our heartfelt sympathy and deepest sorrow at this untimely passing on Patience Murefu .

"From Dynamos Board, Executive, Supporters and all members in football fraternity we say may her dear departed soul rest in peace."

Mourners are gathered at house number 1310, Section 4 Kambuzuma.
