Dynamos Ease Pressure On Mutasa
THE Dynamos executive has relieved pressure from Lloyd Mutasa after announcing that winning the league title is no longer a priority.
DeMbare president Kenny Mubaiwa emerged out of a team building meeting held in the capital yesterday saying his executive would not exert pressure on Mutasa and his technical team.
“We are not going to put pressure on the coaches to win the championship, but if it happens that we win the title it will be a bonus,” said Mubaiwa.
Dynamos are currently fourth on the log standings with 30 points, just a point behind log leaders Black Rhinos as they await ruling on their abandoned match against Chapungu in June which ended in the 56th minute with DeMbare leading 4-0 when the goalpost collapsed.
It was also announced at the meeting that Dynamos vice president Solomon Sanyamandwe who had quit his post a fortnight ago is now staying put.
The youthful administrator has regularly offered incentives to the players even before his appointment.
“We are working well in the club but I have noted that there are some forces outside that always want to sow seeds of division,” Sanyamandwe said.
