DO YOU BELIEVE IN JUJU? I know people do juju but personally it’s out of context for me.

STRENGTHS: I am good on all dead balls; that includes penalties, free kicks and corner kicks. I can play as a left back and as an attacker. With my height, I can deal with many aerial balls in danger. I believe in communications at the last line of defence and there is more to benefit as team players. My passing is close to accuracy and I can dribble past any opponent. I can defend, intercept, clear, block or even tackles without hesitation.

MESSI / RONALDO: CR7.

FORMER CLUBS:  Hippo Valley D1 where I worked with Takura Shariwa.

MOST MEMORABLE SEASON: 2012;  When I was at Hippo Valley in D1. Of all the 36 goals that’s Dominic Chungwa scored, I created 22 of them. James Bonomali also benefited from my assists.

WHO TOOK YOU TO CAPS: Mkhuphali Masuku in 2013, together with Dominic Chungwa and Stephen Makatuka.

PREMIERSHIP DEBUT: 2013 against Harare City and we lost 1-0 at Rufaro. It was an overwhelming experience.

LIFE AT CAPS: It’s family. With or without problems and challenges, it’s part of me.

CONTRACTED UNTIL: December 2018 but with certain conditions in the event that I want to leave for greener pastures.

ANY PLANS TO LEAVE SOON: Definite, if any opportunity comes.

GAMES PLAYED SO FAR: 22. I missed one against Hwange through suspension. When we played Tsholotsho (away), I was recovering from a shoulder injury. I missed the Triangle home game because I was on national duty (COSAFA).

GOALS SCORED:  One.

ASSISTS: 13. Chicken Inn at Luveve (two), ZPC Kariba at Rufaro (one), Triangle at Gibbo (one). How Mine at NSS (three), Harare City at NSS (one), Tsholotsho at NSS (one). Bulawayo City at NSS (one), Mutare City Rovers (one away and two at home). The majority of my assists are corner kicks or free kicks.

BEST GOAL: All my goals direct from corner kicks are my memorable and the best ever against FC Platinum 2013, Tripple B 2014 and Black Rhinos 2013.

MOST MEMORABLE GAME: Against FC Platinum 2015 and I scored the only goal in the 75th minute. I was spotted by scouts from Denmark and they organised my deal at Hobro IK.

SHARE WITH US YOUR DENMARK STINT IN 2015: It was a good experience inside those six months although things didn’t turn out to be what I expected. Now I know what is expected in the European league.

WHY DID YOU MAKE A U-TURN? My reasons where not football related. It was more on my personal welfare, security guarantees and money.

WORST GAME: Against, Flame Lily 0-0. I nearly asked to be substituted, at times it is the best thing to do.

WHAT DO YOU FOCUS ON WHEN YOU IN THE GAME? I concentrate on my strengths.

WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING? I am too ambitious. At times, I feel I am overdoing things. I am driven by the targets I want to achieve before I attain a certain age.

NEXT MATCH IS AGAINST BORDER? It’s a must win game. 2-0, There are no excuses.

WHAT’S THE ATTITUDE GOING INTO THE FINAL GAMES: It’s good. It’s the best group I have ever worked with. We have our own differences and challenges that are beyond our control but we understand each other. We are working towards a common goals.

BUT YOU ARE TRAILING FCP: Yes, we are a point behind butt they have their targets. We are focusing on ours.

TARGETS FOR THE SEASON: Win the league and with five games to go, I must score one or two league goals. It’s written in the sky. If we don’t go for it, we are doomed.

FAVOURITE TEAMMATES: Zvirekwi, Tafadzwa Rusike and Phineas Bhamusi.

MOST CONSISTENT PLAYER: Hardlife Zvirekwi, he was evergreen from the first game to date. Even his contribution to the national team (AFCON, CHAN and COSAFA) cannot go unmentioned.

BEST PLAYER THIS SEASON: Leonard Tsipa.

CLUB UNSUNG HERO: Phenias Bhamusi. Besides that we have an understanding in the field of play on the left wing, I think he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves from the media and fans in general.

BIGGEST JOKER: Kudzai Nyamupfukudza.

BEST NEWCOMER: It’s tricky, these three guys Brian Amidu, Dennis Dauda and Devon Chafa have been outstanding. All their contributions can’t be ignored. Chafa stabilises our midfield. Amidu scored crucial goals for us. Dauda is so good partnering Stephen Makatuka at the back and it gives us room to play the ball from our wings.

FANS: I expect a better crowd next time. They have been good to us and we expect a bigger crowd.

TIPS FOR THE 2016 CHAMPIONSHIP: We want it.

BEST STADIUM: NSS.

BEST COACHES WORKED WITH: Taku Shariwa, Taurai Mangwiro and Kalisto Pasuwa.

LLOYD CHITEMBWE: He wants hard workers. He believes in hard work, practice and it pays. He is a no nonsense man and he is so serious with his job. I have benefited a lot under him, on and off the field lessons. He complements with Mark Mathe and Tostao Kwashi and their unity also brings us together.

INTERNATIONAL CAPS:  I captained the under 20 and 23 but I have lost count. I have four appearances with the senior side.

LAST INTERNATIONAL MATCH: COSAFA 2016.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE? Think like a man.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST AFRAID OF? Long road trips.

LAST BOOK YOU READ? Bible.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION?  My house.

IF A SINGER OR GROUP WAS TO PERFORM AT YOUR PARTY, WHO WOULD GET THE CALL? Jah Prayzah because of my fiancée.

IS THERE SOMEONE YOU WOULD LIKE TO MEET BEFORE YOU DIE? CR7.

NAME ONE THING YOU’D NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT? Phone.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS TIME? I am retuning to Europe.

LIFE AFTER FOOTBALL: I have interests in the transport business.
