The draw for the COSAFA Under 20 Champonship will take place on Wednesday and there are 14 teams from the regional block that have been joined by guest nation Rwanda, that will be placed into two groups of four and another two of three.

The tournament will be held from the 7th to the 16th of December.

Hosts South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe and Mozambique are the seeded teams based on their performances at the 2013 COSAFA Under-20 Championships played in Lesotho and the other teams are Namibia, Lesotho, Comoros, Botswana and Zambia, Rwanda, Malawi, Swaziland, Mauritius and Seychelles.

Zimbabwe have for the last decade been a force to reckon at the COSAFA Under 20 championship.
