Chidzambwa's Top Four Dream Fades Away

Sunday “Mhofu” Chidzambwa’s ZPC Kariba were held to a goalless draw by How Mine at Nyamhunga on Saturday, a result that left the electricians fifth on the table with 42 points.

ZPC Kariba were lucky to snatch a point as How Mine dominated the match but missed a glut of chances.

How Mine midfielder Thembani Masuku had a suspected concussion right at the death but recovered.

Kevin Kaindu thought his team deserved to walk away with a full set of points.

“It’s unfair to get just a point because we desperately needed a win. We missed one versus one chances, we hit the crossbar. We could not convert,” said the How Mine coach.

In Bulawayo, Tsholotsho remained third from bottom after they succumbed to a 1-2 loss to Bulawayo City.

Former Motor Action and FC Platinum forward Emmanuel Mandiranga scored a brace for Bulawayo City while Maclive Phiri got the consolation for Tsholotsho.
