A Christopher Samakweri first half goal ensured Chicken Inn get three points with a 1-0 win over Tsholotsho at Dulivhadzimo stadium and also a move to the top of the castle lager premier Soccer League. 

With the Game Cox moving to the top, it was not the same case with Tsholotsho who now find themselves deep in the relegation mud as they anchor the bottom of the log with a measly five points from 13 games.

Elsewhere, ZPC Kariba and FC Platinum settled for a share of the spoils in a goalless draw at Nyamhunga stadium.
