The Chibuku Super Cup quarter final draw was conducted on Tuesday afternoon in Harare.

CAPS United, who knocked out defending champions Ngezi Platinum Stars, were paired up against Shabanie Mine in what Will be a test of character for the out going Castle Lager PSL champions. The two teams met earlier in July with the game ending in a goalless stalemate. Chapungu, who have blown got and cold in the league, will come against a fired up How Mine who have posted two consecutive victories in the league.

Black Rhinos and Harare City will square up in a game where both teams will not only be seeking to progress in the tournament, but to get the City bragging rights as well.

Premiership greenhorns Yadah Stars, impressive in recent weeks, are eagerly waiting for the outcome of the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee which met last night to deliberate on that fateful game which was not completed at Ascot a week ago after the Chicken Inn players walked off the pitch in protest of a late penalty they conceded when it was adjudged that defender Moses Jackson had impeded Yadah midfielder Milton Makopa.

However, the sitting is about just confirming the penalty to be imposed on the Gamecocks as the rules and regulations of the tournament are very clear on such incidents. So this means it's highly likely that Yadah will face Bulawayo City in the other quarter final.

The matches will be played this weekend with venues set to be announced in due course.
