THE Philani Ncube and Kelvin Kaindu beef stews on this weekend when Harare City host How Mine in the Chibuku Super Cup final at Rufaro.
A war of words usually erupts each time Ncube and Kaindu meet but the Harare City coach on Tuesday afternoon said he had nothing against the How Mine gaffer.
The last time Kaindu allegedly accused Ncube of using juju before the City coach responded in The Sunday Mail sarcastically saying Kaindu should pray for him to leave his alleged juju tendencies.
As Harare City began their preparations for Saturday’s cup final at the Harare International School on Tuesday afternoon, Ncube said he had nothing personal against Kaindu.
“Kaindu is Zambian and I am Zimbabwean so he is my brother, there is nothing personal against him.
“There are words that he is said to have uttered about me, or did not say but I have nothing personal against him.
“Saturday’s game is not all about proving critics wrong but I am one coach who is motivated enough to win this trophy,” Ncube.
Harare City are making their third appearance in the Chibuku final and have won it in 2015.
