A local marketing company has branded Harare giants CAPS United unfaithful and have threatened to take them to the civil court for reneging on the payment for work done last year.

Brand-it Digital claim they were contracted by the Green machine to produce t-shirts that were used to market their electronic magazine programme called the Makepekepe Show when it was launched late last year.

A company representative says the company have engaged lawyers Muzondo and Partners to try and bring the Harare giants to book. He said it was embarrassing to be seen dragging such a big club to the courts for a little amount as $350 and added CAPS United should be professional enough to honour their creditors rather than send them from pillar to post.  

The final demand letter sent by Muzondo and Partners which needed Makepekepe to respond within seven days has since lapsed.
