ZIMBABWE football Kings Caps United will know the identity of their CAF Champions League mini league opponents on April 26 when CAF holds a draw for the competition’s money spinning phase.

United stormed into their first ever mini league phase when they tore the form book into shreds and relegated five time African Champions TP Mazembe into the CAF Confederations Cup.

Lloyd Chitembwe’s men are one of the 16 African clubs that will make up the four groups of four after Wednesday’s draw together with former African Champions Al Ahly, Mamelodi Sundowns, Esperance, Coton Sport Garoua and AS Vita – among others.

“The draws for the 16 qualified teams for the group phases of Total CAF Champions League 2017 and the Total CAF Confederation Cup 2017 will take place on Wednesday, 26 April 2017 at the CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt at 14H00 local time (12H00 GMT),” said CAF in a statement this afternoon.
