FC Platinum and former Dynamos centre-back Gift Bello did not celebrate when he scored against his former club, but to him, that did not mean he was not happy.

“Of course I did not show emotions and celebrate but that does not mean I was not happy. I was happy that I scored against Dynamos,” said the defender.

His 21^st minute goal off an Elvis Moyo corner was all that mattered, separating the two sides at Rufaro and giving his side the important three points.

“That we managed to beat Dynamos 1-0 makes me very happy. In the second half they came back a stronger side but we managed to hold them back.

Unbeaten this season, the defender who turns 32 in seven days’ time says working as a unit has given them success thus far.

“Hard work, good working ethics and unity have given us what we have achieved so far.”
