Vincent Aboubakar's incredible late winner secured Cameroon their first Africa Cup of Nations triumph since 2002.

Arsenal's Mohamed Elneny had given Egypt the lead in the first-half following a good pass from Mohamed Salah.

In the second-half, substitute Nicolas N'Koulou rose highest to head Cameroon level before Aboubakar struck in the final minutes.

Taking the ball down from the sky Aboubakar then flicked it over one defender before volleying home, prompting incredible scenes.
